We have recently completed the shipment of a large batch of orders for our overseas customers. Our production facility maintains stable output, and we are continuously delivering products to partners across different regions.
The global international logistics environment remains challenging at present. Freight rates continue to fluctuate, while port congestion, limited vessel space and occasional customs inspection hold‑ups may occur on various trade routes. Actual transit times may deviate from initial estimated schedules, as these factors are largely outside of manufacturers’ control.
To help our customers better manage procurement and inventory planning, we would like to share several practical tips for international buyers:
1. Place orders in advance
Allow sufficient lead‑time buffers when placing your orders, especially approaching peak shipping seasons, to mitigate the impact of potential logistics delays.
2.Verify local import regulations beforehand
Please double‑check your local import requirements, HS codes and customs formalities. Complete and accurate documentation helps prevent cargo detention and unexpected extra fees.
3.Clarify trade terms prior to order confirmation
Confirm Incoterms clearly before finalizing orders, to align responsibilities regarding freight cost, insurance, customs duties and risk transfer between both parties.
4.Monitor shipment progress proactively
Once goods are dispatched, keep track of logistics updates. Please contact our sales team immediately if you notice any abnormal status of your shipment.
We will keep providing timely order‑by‑order shipment updates for all clients. Should you have any inquiries about production, delivery or logistics, our team is ready to offer support.
We appreciate your continued trust and cooperation.
